Over the last decade and a half, I have navigated the intense, zero-downtime environments of India’s leading media houses, including The Hindu and Sun Group. These roles forged my identity as an infrastructure anchor, ensuring millions received their digital and print updates every single morning.
However, my true passion lies in Workflow Optimization. My M.B.A. (Business Management) has shaped my approach to technology as a revenue-driver, not just a support-function. Today, at Dinamalar, I am pioneering the bridge between those legacy archives and Localized AI—transforming search, support, and documentation into conversational, intelligent agents.
